Job Purpose
To transport passengers, goods, and documents under road traffic rules and standard operating procedures to optimize terminal productivity.
Position outputs
1. Perform daily checks on the vehicle before the commencement of work to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition.
2. Complete daily task sheet, record equipment defects, and advise supervisor on defects.
3. Ensure that fuel and fluid levels are replenished in line with the standard operating procedure.
4. Drive vehicle following applicable road traffic rules and standard operating procedures and monitor vehicle performance during use.
5. Report accidents and incidents which occur during the performance of duties.
6. Ensure correct equipment and tools are utilized during the performance of duties.
