Requirements:
Qualification that allows registration in the SANC as Nursing Assistant. Valid registration in SANC as Registered Nursing Assistant. Knowledge of the Legislation in Health, Nursing and Public Services is recommended. Good communication and good interpersonal skills are necessary.
Homework :
Help patients with activities of daily living (physical care). Provide elementary clinical nursing care and maintain professional growth/ethical standards and self-development. Functional: Demonstrate a basic understanding of Nursing legislation and related legal and ethical nursing practices. Carry out an elementary clinical practice of nursing in accordance with the scope of practice and the nursing standard as determined by the corresponding health center. Promote the quality of elementary nursing care as indicated by the professional scope of practice and the standard determined by the relevant health center. Generic: Demonstrate elementary communication with patients, supervisors, and other physicians. Work as part of the multidisciplinary team to ensure good nursing care. Work effectively, cooperatively, and amicably with people of diverse intellectual, cultural, racial, or religious differences. Demonstrate concern for patients, promoting and defending basic care, including awareness to respond to the needs, requirements and expectations of patients (Batho Pele).
