SALARY: R147 459 per annum plus benefits

REQUIREMENTS: Grade 12 or an equivalent qualification with 0 to 2 years of working experience.

A range of work procedures such as Data capturing, administration procedures relating to the working environment including norms and standards, and Batho Pele Principles. Accuracy in the execution of duties. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Computer literacy, experience in data capturing, and telephone etiquette. Administration skills and reporting procedure.

DUTIES: Ensuring real-time data capturing is done. Assist in answering all incoming calls.

Perform all Office Administration-related duties. Be able to work independently and under pressure: filing, compiling statistics, and any other associated duties.
