Hyder Properties is a residential property development company in Gauteng with a comprehensive understanding of the property industry. We are a diverse and strong team who brings passion to property development. We are looking for a passionate, efficient, and proactive Bonds Administrator to join our team who is enthusiastic about providing exceptional service to our clients to ensure a pleasant and smooth experience in purchasing their new property.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Responsible for ensuring that Bond Application process is completed from start to finish, namely that the Agreements of Sale are fully signed, with FICA collected and forms completed from and by the clients to be timeously submitted to our Home Loans Specialists, in order for fulfilment of conditions therein.

· Liaising with our clients to notify them of occupation dates and sending them invoices for occupational rent accordingly.

· Accurate data capturing to ensure schedules are up-to-date with daily follow-up with our clients to ensure no lapse of agreement or other delays.

· Liaison with the Hyder team, our clients, our Conveyancers and our Home Loans Specialists to ensure that the bond approval and post bond-grant processes are followed timeously.

· Ensure that all building documents are timeously submitted to our Conveyancers for registration to proceed without delays.

· Accurate reporting of the status of each matter.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

· 5 years of experience in mortgage bond origination or conveyancing particularly relating to mortgage bond registrations with ABSA, FNB, Nedbank, Standard Bank and SA Homeloans.

· Sound knowledge and understanding of the transfer and bond processes particularly relating to the compliance of deadlines and processes to follow to ensure same.

· Previous experience in the Property Development Industry would be advantageous.

· Respective qualifications would be advantageous.

· Own reliable vehicle is required.

SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

· Skills of a high standard relating specifically to your job.

· Professional in manner, dress and communication.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word particularly) and software relevant to department.

· Read, write and speak English well.

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Must be respectful and have conflict resolution skills.

· Good organisation skills including time-management skills.

· Must be able to plan strategically.

· Must work accurately.

SALARY, BENEFITS AND INCENTIVES:

· Salary: R15,000.00 – R25,000.00 per month depending on experience.

· Benefits: Medical Aid and Provident Fund once probation period passed.

· Incentives: Performance based.
