1. HR & Management Assistant Intern

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

  1. Requirements of the TVET work integrated learning programme (specific to qualification)Personal
  2. effectiveness
  3. Ensure continuous learning in areas of study and develop/ maintain professional standards in adherence to organisational values.
  4. Maintain stakeholder relations and client service

REQUIRED EDUCATION

  1. Relevant Tertiary qualification(s) at N6 level obtained from an accredited TVET institution in the following fields: Marketing, Finance, HR, Management Assistant and Secretarial

2. Group Business Systems

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

  1. Project Implementation Support
  2. General Administration
  3. Create and maintain training material and facilitation
  4. Identify and test Success factors system configuration (Basic Testing)
  5. Systems Support
  6. Continuous Improvement and Quality Management

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION

  • Bachelor degree
  • Computer literacy

DESIRED EDUCATION

  • Tertiary degree in HR, Industrial psychology, Commerce, Information Systems

ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: N/A

DESIRED EXPERIENCE

  • 1-2 years in HR systems field

REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  1. Ability to work independently
