Heineken invites South Africa unemployed youth to Apply Internship Programme 2024

The purpose is to give practical work experience to students who are in their final year of study and have a prerequisite to have practical work experience to oder to obtain their qualification. The successful candidate will be expected to enter a 12 month contract commencing 1 February 2023 and terminating 31 January 2025

Key Leaning Areas Include ,but are not limited  to the following 

• General Documents and admission
• Recruitment and selection
• HR System
• Talent management
• Labour relations
•  Benefit admission
• Training and development

Candidates must meet the following requirements 

1. Final year of obtaining a human resource related tertiary qualifications
2. Computer literacy _ micro suite ( words exel,  power point, outlook )
3. Sound communication and presentation skills
4. Efec time management
5. Ability to multi- task and perform under pressure
6. Ability to work in a term
7. South African citizen

Prospective interns must submit the following 

• Motivational letter
• Curriculum vitae
• Certified Certificate academic record
• Certified copy of Grade 12 certificate
• Certified copy of identity document
• A letter from tertiary institution confirming that the  student requires exposure to the work place to obtain their qualification
• A format for evaluation required by the tertiary institution Logbook.
