Role Description
This full-time on-site Administrative Assistant role is located in Kempton Park. As an Administrative Assistant at Absa Bank Home Loan, you will perform administrative and clerical tasks, such as answering phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining the filing system, and preparing reports and documents. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient communication between the organization and external parties.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of experience in an administrative assistant role or similar
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and G Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus
