Hotel/Lodge Receptionist – Outskirts of White River
Introduction
This is a live out position. Immediate Vacancy.
Urgently looking for an experience receptionist who can head up the front office team and assist with the hosting in the restaurant.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Greet all guests and assist them with check-in and check-out
Assist with hosting in the restaurant
Maintain a positive attitude and friendly demeanor
Respond to all guest questions and requests
Answer and forward phone calls
Manage guest bookings and reservations
Keep a tidy and orderly workspace
Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as needed
Valid drivers licence and own vehicle are required
2+ years experience working in a hotel receptionist or guest services role
Valid Matric certificate
Good computer Skills
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Fluency in English
Ability to maintain a positive, friendly attitude even under high pressure
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Professional attitude and appearance

Package & Remuneration
